I was born in Rome, Italy on February 7th 1979.

During my Ph.D. and my honors degree, I’ve worked in the Quantum Optics Group at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, supervised by Paolo Mataloni and Francesco De Martini. My research covered studies of nonlocality, entanglement witness, linear optical quantum information mostly with two photon hyperentanglement. Special thanks to Vincenzo Berardi for supervision of my honors thesis.

Now I’m a postdoctoral research fellow in Quantum Technology Lab at the University of Queensland, fearlessly led by Andrew White, dealing with quantum control of quantum systems, entanglement sources and, in general, quantum information with linear optics.
