Abstract:
I will be speaking on a new approach to optical quantum computation,
combining KLM with the cluster-state model of Raussendorf and Briegel.
In this model a deterministic entangling gate requires only on the order
of tens of coherently interacting optical elements (including
photodetectors and single photon sources).
