The Location
O’Reilly’s is located in the Gold Coast hinterland in one of Queensland’s best loved national parks, Lamington National Park. It is just a 2 hour drive south of Brisbane and 90 minutes by road west of the Gold Coast. Accommodation and conference facilities are all on site.

Registration is free. That includes all meals, morning and afternoon tea, and the conference facilities. Transport and accommodation are your own responsibility.
Dates
The workshop will begin with a reception on Sunday evening, 19th of February 2012. Talks will begin at 9am Monday morning (20th), and we encourage everyone to arrive the night before. On Wednesday the 22th of February all activities will be finish by lunch to allow for departures in the afternoon.
Accommodation
Our accommodation type will be the Mountain Villas, which are each two bedroom/bathroom. The villas provide the perfect nature escape, offering spacious and contemporary accommodation designed to connect with the natural surroundings. Fully self-contained and with designer furnishings, each bedroom has its own ensuite. The villas also provide a large entertainment deck with spa bath & BBQ. Television plus internet access available.
In your registration you should specify your preferred accommodation option. The first option is Single Occupancy i.e. one person per bedroom (two people per villa) for $210pp per night. The second option is Twin Occupancy i.e. two people per bedroom (up to 4 per villa) for $105pp per night. Families are welcome, and you can request a whole villa to yourself if you would like ($420/night for up to four people).
Unless otherwise specified (in your registration or by emailing Tamara on tamarad@physics.uq.edu.au) we assume you want accommodation for the evenings of Sunday 19th February to Tuesday 21st of February, and will be leaving on the afternoon of Wednesday 22nd of February.
Getting to O’Reilly’s
You are responsible for your own transport to O’Reilly’s. In your registration we ask for arrival and departure details so we can perhaps assist in arranging car-pooling or sharing of transport for those who are arriving at similar times.
